AROMA: Notes of Bing and black cherry, slight hint of vanilla, and coffee, with some darker fruit aspect of
black currant, and slight herbaciousness on the finish.
FLAVOR: Very nice rounded mouthfeel on the entry; black cherry, and black berry through midpalate, with a touch of oak baking spice and minerality.

September 2016 – November 2016
Aged 22 months: 50% American Oak, 50% Stainless Steel
Grapes were selected from several vineyards across the Columbia Valley, providing a range of different sites, then when blended create greater nuance and complexity. 50% was barrel aged, which helps to soften and round the mouthfeel, the other 50% was aged in stainless steel, which helps to preserve the fruit character.
